MIND ID built the SafeMind HSS (Health Safety Security) mobile application as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by MIND ID at no cost and is intended for use by MIND ID Group employees, subsidiaries, and contractors as part of the Sinergi HSS program.

Information Collection and Use
To provide our Health, Safety, and Security management services, we collect the following personally identifiable information:
- Full name, email address, and phone number
- Employee ID, company, work unit, work area, and position
- Profile picture
- Role and organizational structure within MIND ID Group
In addition, the app may collect operational data related to HSS activities including incident reports, monthly safety reports, corrective actions, risk assessments, and KPI records. This data is used solely for the purposes of HSS management, compliance reporting, and workflow approvals within MIND ID Group.
Authentication and Security Tokens
The app uses OAuth2 and OTP (One-Time Password) verification via email to authenticate users securely. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored temporarily on your device to maintain your session. Device tokens (FCM) are collected to deliver push notifications related to HSS activities and approvals.
Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information through third-party tools known as Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other usage statistics.
Cookies
This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to accept or refuse these cookies. Refusing cookies may limit access to some portions of this Service.
Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services include:

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication mechanisms, role-based access control, audit logging, and other security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
